At Young Engineers of The Woodlands, we make STEM come alive through hands-on building, experimentation, and play.
Using specialized Master Bricks, motors, gears, pulleys, and other mechanical components, children build working models while exploring real concepts in engineering, physics, mechanics, forces, motion, and simple machines.
Our approach is simple:
Learn → Build → Test → Improve → Play
Students don't just follow instructions. They ask questions, solve problems, troubleshoot, experiment, and discover how and why their creations work—all in a fun, supportive environment designed to build confidence, creativity, independence, and perseverance.
Our goal isn't simply to build great models. It's to help children develop the mindset to say:
“I can figure this out.”

About Young Engineers
Founded in 2008, Young Engineers operates engineering afterschool activities in over 100 countries. Our mission is to prepare 4-15 year-old students for the changing demands of the 21st century workforce. With thousands of happy students around the world, Young Engineers has been recognized by the Harvard School of Education and the European Union Commission.
